About the Learning Resource Center
In Learning Resource, students earn two grades, one grade for library media and one grade for technology. The class is based on the Ohio Library Academic Content Standards as well as the AASL Standards for 21st Century Learners. Twenty-first century skills are developed through the integration of reading and writing with research and technology skills to prepare our students for the global economy in which we live.

Library book checkout occurs every other 8 day rotation during their scheduled Learning Resource  specialist class, therefore, students may check out up to two books for 16 days. Missing or damaged books must be paid for before students will be permitted to checkout. At any time that a book is found, monies will be refunded. Please note that all school fees, including unpaid books, will bar students from 6th grade and high school commencement.
