The Ohio Governor’s Youth Art Exhibition is an annual event showcasing 300 pieces of art created by high school students from across the state of Ohio. We would like to congratulate Heather Brindza, Amber Ford, and Keir Ratcliff whose pieces were awarded and will be on display at the James A. Rhodes State Office Tower in Columbus,Ohio from April 14th to May 17th. Submitted works are first judged at one of the fifteen regions across the state. Over 900 pieces were submitted to our region and 11 Brush students were accepted at this level. These art works were then driven down to Columbus and judged at the state level with over 3,000 works from across the state. The awards ceremony for the students is at the Riffe Center, Capitol Theatre at 2:00 pm on April 14th.
