Earlier this year, the Board approved an amendment of the 2011-2012 school calendar to change the waiver day from May 8 to March 6, 2012. Therefore, May 8th is a regular school day and March 6th was a non-school day. This change was due to House Bill 369 that consolidates the State's two Ohio Presidential Primaries into a single primary date scheduled for March 6, 2012.
