Rowland Singers Entertain Senior Citizens

Nearly two dozen highly energetic performing arts students from Rowland Elementary School visited South Euclid Community Center last week and engaged senior citizens in a spirited song and dance show. Led by instructor Dan Corrigan, who is also an alumnus of the South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools, elementary students sang and danced with enthusiasm and spirit. At one point during the performance, senior citizens were invited to participate, swaying to the beat of the music and dancing in stride as well. Superintendent Linda N. Reid greeted the audience, and joined City of South Euclid Councilman Marty Gelfand, who attended and thanked the students. Great job Rowland Elementary performers! Your energy was contagious and your school pride was alive and well!
