Brush Robotics Team Rocks

The Brush High School Robotics Team had a recent strong showing at the Newark FTC Qualifying Tournament, continuing a string of seasons where the creativity and aptitude of our students were on full display. The Brush Robotics participants notched an impressive ranking of 3rd out of a total of 24 teams after completing the preliminary round, earning them a trip to the semi-final round.  The community would be proud of the time, effort and energies demonstrated by our Brush High School students not only during such high profile performances and platforms such as this past weekend’s tournament, but also during the many hours of preparation that take place afterschool and during non-classroom times. Our Robotics Team is to be commended for their determination and achievement. Special thanks goes out to Pat Checkel and David Fort for overseeing this organization and for their devotion to our District’s students as well!
