5th graders at Greenview Upper Elementary participated in a 24® Game competition on February 15, 2018.  24® Game is a unique mathematics teaching resource that has been utilized for the past thirty-years by schools across the nation to help students become critical thinkers and problem solvers.  Featuring over nine editions, the 24® Game uses fun, innovative math games that improve basic math skills such as computation, problem solving, number sense and pattern sensing.  Greenview’s 24® Game competition was coordinated by Dr. Debra Barrickman. The following students earned medals for their exemplary performance during the 24® Game tournament:

1st place: Saneva Lucas
2nd place: Brian Spahiu
3rd place: Owen Thompson and William Butler

Congratulations to the above students on their accomplishment!  Stay tuned for more updates on student achievement at Greenview Upper Elementary.
