Several South Euclid Lyndhurst students in our gifted education program had the opportunity to engage in a wonderful workshop hosted by the Educational Service Center of Cuyahoga County. Students were allowed to choose from various workshops offered by The Beck Center for the Arts. The workshops had our students create a product with the theme: Art a Peaceful Solution. Using various art forms, the students presented their ideas to the group and explained how their creations fit the ideal of making the world a better place.
South Euclid Lyndhurst gifted programming continues to look for avenues where our students can thrive. The opportunities follow our continued commitment to providing various learning experiences for all of our students. The opportunities reinforce several of our board of education core beliefs as education must focus on the academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of students.
