Round trip transportation will be provided via school bus leaving Brush at 3:45 and 5:45, returning 5:30 and 7:30. First page of physical form must be filled out and signed by parent to get on the bus. Open to all athletes grades 7-12. No insurance information, No co-pays, No Dr. appointments.
