SEL students celebrated the last day of school for the 2016-2017 school year in a variety of ways on Thursday, May 25th. Some buildings participated in fun indoor activities, while several schools, including Greenview Upper Elementary and Rowland Elementary, recognized students who will advance to another school building next school year by holding a ‘clap-out’ celebration with fellow students and staff members. Greenview’s ‘clap-out’ ceremony included attendance by parents and family members who joined students and staff in congratulating the 6th graders on their accomplishments at Greenview. The first day of school for the 2017-2018 school year is Wednesday, August 16th. We wish you all a safe and enjoyable summer break!
