The Arc Fit Complex at Brush High School was filled with energy and excitement as seventy-five local football and strength and conditioning coaches attended the 3rd Annual Player and Program Development Coaches Clinic on Saturday, December 8, 2018. The highly anticipated event provided a venue for attendees to learn and share knowledge on a wide range of topics geared towards how to structure a successful and productive offseason players program. Guest speakers included two-time NCAA football national champion David Trichel from Focus 3, an organization which focuses on fostering individual and organizational leadership, Carlo Alvarez, Strength and Conditioning Coach at University School, Todd Hamer, Director of Strength and Conditioning at George Washington University and Fred Hale, Co-Director of Sports Performance at Eastern Michigan University. A special thank-you to all Brush staff who contributed to organizing all clinic activities and speakers. Finally, thank you to all coaches and trainers in attendance for helping to make the 3rd Annual Player and Program Development Coaches Clinic a success!
