Brush juniors and seniors from AP Science and Photography classes spent their spring break exploring the nature and culture of Costa Rica. Students learned firsthand about the flora and fauna of the volcanoes, cloud forests, coastlines, wetlands, and rain forests of the Central American country. Contemporary and traditional dancing, typical regional foods, and local economic traditions were also a part of their exploration. Students had a truly memorable experience on their path to becoming global citizens.
