Owen Seddon, a junior at Charles F. Brush High School, was recently invited to the 2019 Individual Player National Championship Tournament in Chicago, Illinois, making him one of only 96 students to earn this opportunity in the entire country. Mr. Seddon was extended this coveted invitation, due to his impressive competition record throughout this past season. Although quiz bowl challenges are generally team-oriented, this particular opportunity is individual in nature and will take place during the first week of April 2019. As this is only the 2nd year for the Individual Player National Championship Tournament, Owen is given the extraordinary chance to finely represent himself, his family and the South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools with this invitation.
