A groups of 24 students were treated to a visit at the Hyland Software Campus in Westlake to get a first-hand look at what a career in the software industry can be like. They toured the campus and had the opportunity to check out the fun perks that employees enjoy – including the diner, volleyball court and, of course, the slides! Our goal in attending the field trip was to demonstrate how working hard in your classes, staying true to your goals, and maintaining good grades will reap rewards by the way of a great career.
Highland Software was a super host. They demonstrated great understanding of where the students are in their development, and offered several choices for them to pursue; if they have an interest in technology based careers.
