Greenview Students Participate in Mangahigh Challenge, Adaptive Math Approach

A handful of Greenview Upper Elementary School students recently participated in the National Mangahigh Challenge, an adaptive online math program which allows students to complete selective math problems within a varied ability range. With great enthusiasm, the SEL Schools reports that Greenview’s 5th and 6th grade students completed enough math problems to earn them a 5th place ranking in the National Challenge. For this high achievement, the students earned a $250 Amazon gift card and each received a gold medal. Congratulations to the following participants: Eleanor Daugherty (6th), Angelo Fatica (6th), Jada Butler (6th), Mutazz Lewis (6th), Michael McKenzie (6th), Gregory Rhine (6th), Sonny Rodgers (6th), Alanna Silverman (6th), Anya Stupica (6th), Brian Spahiu (5th), and Nomar Tobias (5th).
