The Brush Boys Varsity Soccer team won its opening playoff game Wednesday night, defeating Willoughby South, 2-0 at Korb Field. The fifth seeded Arcs will now travel to face Eastlake North on Saturday, October 19th. The sectional final will be played at noon due to Homecoming Weekend.
It's been an exciting season for the Arcs, as the team won its first conference championship since 2004. Under the leadership of Head Coach, Mike Dimatteo, the Arcs had only one loss in the conference this season and a very strong 10-5-1 record overall.
