Tyler Wynne Wins Eric Scott Russell Student Kindness Award

Tyler Wynne Wins Eric Scott Russell Student Kindness Award

Brush High School senior Tyler Wynne recently won the Eric Scott Russell Student Kindness Award, at the 20th Annual Rescuer of Humanity Awards Dinner, and sponsored by Project Love. Tyler was nominated last month by Brush High School Assistant Principal Mrs. Audrey Walker for consistently demonstrating kindness and mutual respect to his peers. In this light at Brush High School, he is viewed as a role model in school and throughout the community. Appropriately, Tyler wins this award, which is named after former Brush High student, Eric Scott Russell, who embraced the Project Love values, endured a compromising and public incident, but tragically died from meningitis shortly thereafter. Project Love sponsors this award in the hopes that Eric’s memory and example will be a lasting inspiration to other teenagers. The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools congratulates Tyler Wynne for having the compassion to spread kindness, caring and respect, wherever he goes.
