Students and staff at Arc Learning Academy are participating in a positive incentive program. Each month of the 2015-2016 school year, staff members will vote for their top two “Super Arc” students of the month. The votes will be counted and ALA’s top two Super Arcs will be announced the 1st school day of the month. Super Arcs receive a certificate of achievement, a gift card to a local restaurant, and have their photo taken and displayed on ALA’s student of the month bulletin board in the main office. How does an ALA student become a Super Arc? Super Arcs demonstrate cooperation, leadership, outstanding attitudes, good grades and awesome attendance. Staff members are getting in on the fun too. In addition to Super Arc students of the month, we are celebrating a staff member of the month as well. The staff member is nominated by both students and staff. The staff member of the month is being recognized for their character, commitment to students, and how they make a difference in student success. For the month of November our Super Arcs are Deja Goodson and Vaughn Barrett and our Super Arc Staff member is Mrs. Berkobein.
