Brush Hosts Senior Art Show

Brush High School is providing Senior art students the opportunity to showcase their creativity and talent by hosting a Senior Art Show in the school library. The featured artwork was created using a wide variety of methods, including photography, drawing, painting, ceramics, graphic design and mixed media. A recent awards ceremony highlighting the artwork generated a large turnout of students, parents, teachers and community members. The artwork was viewed and critiqued by a group of volunteer judges, which included local artists, alumni, community members and educators from the secondary and college level. Overall, the judges were thoroughly impressed with the level of creativity displayed by the students and awarded several of them for their exceptional work.

An ongoing tradition for forty years, the art show is open to the general public during school hours through April 30th, with much of the displayed artwork available for purchase. The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools would like to thank all those who volunteered as judges for the award ceremony, as well as the individuals, local businesses and foundations who supported the Senior Art Show, particularly One South Euclid and Legacy Village Charity for Change. Finally, congratulations to all of the students who participated in the Senior Art Show. Your hard work and creativity is worthy of recognition!
