Sunview Elementary School teacher Kelly Grist will be featured as the Ohio Savings Bank’s Teacher of the Week on WEWS Newschannel 5’s broadcast this coming Monday, October 3, 2016 during the 5 p.m. Live on Five program. Kelly Grist was nominated formally by one of her parents for her dedication to the students in her class and for being a positive influence in their lives. Earlier this week, Newschannel 5 on air personality, Janessa Webb along with a cameraperson made the surprise announcement in Ms. Grist’s class. The Ohio Savings Bank Teacher of the Week effort seeks to recognize terrific teachers in school districts throughout Northeast Ohio. Ms. Grist was awarded with a $50 gift certificate to Omaha Steaks as an additional recognition of her efforts.
