The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools continue to offer our students enrichment opportunities for any students wishing to excel in math and science. During Engineering Week our sixth grade students attended a STEM workshop offered by Rockwell Automation in Mayfield Heights. The students had several break-out sessions that involved them in hands on real life engineering activities. Some of the sessions included EV3 lego robotic programming, assembly line mechanics, graphic arts design, hands-on engineering challenges, and a tour of the company with a lot of questions and answers from and for the engineers.
We should be proud of these students who demonstrate some of the outstanding qualities that make our school system stand out as one of the best for offering enrichment learning experiences.
