The Greenview Upper Elementary gym was filled with cheers and excitement on Tuesday, May 23rd, as 5th and 6th grade boys from the Greenview Basketball Club faced staff members in a friendly basketball game. Students, staff and parents had a blast watching the competition, which has become a much-anticipated event at the end of the school year. Teacher Mr. Steven Weinberg, advisor for the Greenview Basketball Club, helped to organize the event and served as the in-game DJ. The upbeat music contributed to the fun and energetic atmosphere in the gym. Prior to the game featuring staff members, students from the Greenview Basketball Club competed against each other in an exciting match up that included several lead changes and impressive plays from both teams. Congratulations to the Greenview Basketball Club on a successful finish to the school year!
