4th Quarter PBIS Event Rewards Memorial Students

On Tuesday, May 23rd, Memorial Junior High hosted its 4th Quarter PBIS event, rewarding students who met the behavior incentives during the last grading period. Students had the opportunity to choose from a variety of fun and exciting activities, both inside and outside of the school building. Indoor activities included computer games in the library, music and dancing in the new gym, and dodgeball in the old gym. Students could also enjoy the sunny weather with activities ranging from giant inflatables to basketball, kickball and soccer games. The PBIS program, which stands for Positive Behavior Intervention System, is designed to model and reinforce positive behavior by setting quarterly goals and rewarding those students who meet the goal’s requirements. Congrats to all Memorial PBIS participants on meeting the 4th grading quarter goals!
