News 5 Cleveland Spotlights Classroom Technology at Memorial

News 5 Cleveland visited Memorial Junior High on Tuesday, August 29th to spotlight how classroom technology is impacting student learning. For the 2017-18 school year, the district will begin rolling out an initiative to provide all students in grades 2 thru 12 Google Chromebooks for classroom use. Memorial Junior High is the first school in the district to provide Chromebooks to every student, and has noticed an immediate impact on student learning and engagement. Students, teachers and staff had the opportunity to share how Chromebooks, along with other forms of classroom technology, have helped students to better understand classroom content, while enabling teachers to more effectively meet the needs of all learners.
