The Brush Show Choir took their performance ‘on the road’ as they traveled by bus to each of the district’s elementary schools on Friday, December 1, 2017. The performances highlighted the group’s impressive vocal and dance talents, and featured selections from their upcoming Winter Choral Concert on Thursday, December 7th, including My Shot from the smash Broadway hit, Hamilton: An American Musical, Set It Off from Disney’s Descendant’s, and The Voice Within by Christina Aguilera. The students and staff at each elementary school greatly enjoyed the performances, which provided some of the Brush Show Choir members the opportunity to greet and reconnect with former teachers. Under the guidance of Brush Music Instructor Sara Ballou, and special advisor Gabriella Mack, a 2010 graduate of Brush High School, the Brush Show Choir has been diligently preparing for their upcoming concert. The entire SEL Schools community is invited to attend the Winter Choral Concert beginning at 7:00 PM at the Brush High School Performing Arts Center on Thursday, December 7th.
