Brush High School to Host Second Annual Job Interview Fair
Brush High School to Host Second Annual Job Interview Fair

Brush High School will host its second annual Job Interview Fair on Wednesday, February 5th as a way to provide students the opportunity to participate in mock interviews with real employers. All businesses taking part in this year’s fair are returning participants, and include notable companies such as Chipotle, Target, Finish Line and Giant Eagle. In addition, Superintendent Linda N. Reid will be on hand to participate in the mock interview process.

The fair was developed by Brush HS Transition to Work Coordinator Jeff Berenson and Mayfield Career Development Specialist Pam Bobinski as a way to provide additional career development opportunities for both typical and special needs students. Participating students, many of whom are freshmen and sophomores, have been actively preparing for the fair throughout the school year. This has included creating resumes, completing sample job applications, learning about proper interview attire, as well as practicing important interview skills.

Thank you to Jeff Berenson and Pam Bobinski for organizing the upcoming Job Interview Fair, and for their dedication to effectively preparing our students for success outside the classroom.
