Boys and Girls Track & Field Teams Win NOC Conference Championships!

Congratulations to both the Boys and Girls Track & Field Team for winning the NOC Lake Division Championship. The Girls Track & Field Team was undefeated in dual meets and won the Championship Meet by 61 points while the Boys Track & Field Team was undefeated in dual meets and took second at the Championship Meet.  Both teams compete next week in the District Meet at Mentor High School.  Good Luck!!

All conference honors go to the following athletes:

 

- Arielle Coles for her first place finish in the 100 meter hurdles and 300 meter hurdles.

 

- Meshiauna Sharp for her first place finish in the High Jump and Long Jump.

 

- Catherine Conger for her first place finish in the discus.

 

- Becky Rohwer for her first place finish in the 800 and 3200 and for her second place finish in the 1600.

 

- Torai Slaughter for her second place finish in the pole vault.

 

- The 4 x 800 meter relay of Lauren McDermott, Cache Fisher, Siobhan McDermott and Christina Pope for their second place finish.

 

- The 4 x 100 meter relay of Hannah McMillian, Amber Schaffer, Bryanna Davis and Meshiauna Sharp for their first place finish.

 

- Harry Durrah for his first place finish in the 100 meter dash.

 

- Jamal Perry for his first place finish in the long jump and his second place finish in the high jump.

 

- Alfonso Onunwar for his second place finish in the long jump.

 

- Eli Shlonsky for his second place finish in the pole vault.

 

- Connor Heisler for his second place finish in the 800 meter.

 

- The 4 x 100 meter relay of Harry Durrah, Patric Hannon, Stephen Shorts, and Alfonso Onunwar for their second place finish.

 

- The 4 x 400 meter relay of Anthony Stephens, Tony Andrews, Connor Heisler and Chris Lampkins for their first place finish.

 

- The 4 x 800 meter relay of Connor Heisler, Deon Johnson, Greg LaMantia and Chris Lampkins for their second place finish.
