Three Greenview Students Attend Workshop at Natural History Museum
Three Greenview Students Attend Workshop at Natural History Museum Three Greenview students attended a very valuable program at Museum of Natural History geared to motivate girls to focus energies towards a future in the sciences. "Collections" was the theme for this half-day workshop designed to introduce students to some of the Museum's curators and collections. Jala Everett, Madeline Robertson and Kaitlyn Krych participated in small break-out sessions, which included hands-on demonstrations and experiments and behind the scene tours. They also examined the insect, bird, physical anthropology and cold storage collections. The girls were able to find out about exciting career opportunities in various fields of science.
