Brush Vocalists Entertain Local Senior Citizens

A quintet of vocalists from Brush High School, led by advisor Ms. Sara Ballou, entertained a room full of senior citizens at Lyndhurst Community Center earlier this week. As part of SEL Schools’ continued outreach effort to engage members of the community outside of the traditional school buildings, Superintendent Reid and these fine high school representatives provided a lively performance of five individual solos. Just before singing began, the Brush students had the opportunity to meet directly with senior citizens before they ate lunch, asking them questions and answering inquiries from the Golden Agers. The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools would like to thank these senior citizens for being gracious hosts and the Community Partnership on Aging for their help in coordinating the visit.
