Sunview physical education teacher Heather Brzuski is leading FitGirl summer camp at Sunview this summer from July 11-15. The summer wellness camp empowers elementary-age girls to be active and instills the lifetime benefits of health and wellness. Girls learn three core wellness concepts: physical fitness, nutritional awareness and social/emotional.

The cost of camp is $275, and the FitGirl FitKit is $20 and includes a jump rope, pedometer, backpack, resistance band, daily raffles and fitness journal.
