The University Hospitals Employee Celebration Committee on Diversity will distribute school supplies and backpacks for K – 12th grade students in underprivileged neighborhoods on Aug. 28 at two locations.  All giveaways are on a first-come, first-served basis.

The UH Employee Celebration Committee on Diversity is a highly diverse group of non-management employees: diverse in gender, ethnicity, martial status, job status religion and seniority.  This committee facilitates the engagement of employees in celebration, education and awareness regarding diversity issues, addresses planning events to celebrate diversity, evaluates educational programs and projects needed to promote improved understanding and appreciation of diversity.
