Brush MD Students Volunteer at Major Charity Event
Brush MD students recently volunteered for InterAct Cleveland.  They created hundred more than 6oo paper badges that volunteers and event attendees wore to the Homeless Standown event. Students had to cut and hole punch the badges, then cut yarn ,string it through the holes and then tie it. This is the 2nd year Brush MD students have worked on this project. Their teacher, Joanie Benjamin, spoke to the students about helping other people and what it means to be homeless. They worked very hard on this project and enjoyed the work.
