Christine Creviston, EMIS/Data Specialist, is responsible for collecting and interpreting student data for the purpose of tracking student progress and educational needs.  EMIS (The Education Management Information System) is a statewide data collection system for the state of Ohio’s primary and secondary education, including demographic information, attendance, course information, financial data and test results.  Christine grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio and is a proud Charles F. Brush class of 1989 graduate. She has been with SEL schools since July of 2000.

 

In addition, the data department is responsible for:

        • Providing actionable data to teachers, principals and Central Office administrators
        • The administration of:
          • StudentInformation (previously known as DASL) - our student information system
          • GradeBook (previously known as ProgressBook) – our online teacher gradebook and ParentAccess web site
          • Registration Gateway-our online Registration System
          • Blackboard-our online communication system
          • Various data requests from the district and schools
