SEL Schools Opens Arc QuickMed Clinic

ARC opens QuickMed Clinic

Amazing health and wellness opportunities continue to emerge in the SEL Schools with the recent Charles F. Brush High School’s opening of the Arc QuickMed Clinic, utilizing the state-of-the-art resources of the Arc Fit Health and Wellness Facility along with the presence of a State of Ohio licensed and certified Nurse Practitioner and Medical Assistant. Currently available only to students and staff, the QuickMed Clinic is open between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. when school is in session. The intent of the Arc QuickMed Clinic is to make health care services more convenient and readily available on a regular basis to students and staff. Some of the services available will include sports physicals, childhood vaccinations, treatment for suspected flu, sinus, urinary tract and other infections, and rapid tests for COVID, flu, strep and mononucleosis. Already, the Nurse Practitioner is coordinating with each school nurse to share the various services that will be available, beyond what the building clinical and medical resources can accommodate. The Arc QuickMed Clinic is located in the Arc Fit Health and Wellness Facility in the rear of Charles F. Brush High School on Farnhurst Road, at Door 21. Visitor parking is available for those students and staff requiring needed attention. The Arc QuickMed Clinic accepts all major insurance, Medicaid, and affordable cash options for various treatments. Staff or students can register for an appointment by clicking the following link:  https://quickmedclinic.com/,  scrolling down to the YOUcare Clinics, and selecting the Brush location, or by calling them directly at 216-691-7084. Thank you for your continued support of the SEL Schools. Go Arcs!
