Members of the Memorial Junior High School Student Council recently found an easy and delicious way to raise money in support of future service projects by holding a bake sale after-school during the boys basketball game versus Solon. Student Council members made baked treats such as brownies, cupcakes, chocolate covered pretzels/popcorn, cookies, and pies to sell for fans to enjoy during the game. The bake sale was an overwhelming success and raised $236, which students plan to use towards purchasing a special gift for MJH staff members during Staff Appreciation Week. During the game, MJH Student Council members displayed hand-made posters to cheer on each member of the basketball team. Congrats to the MJH Student Council for displaying Arc Pride in their school community!
