Brush High School and Memorial Junior High School Revamp PE Curriculum with help of T3 Performance
The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools is keeping on the cutting edge of resources related to student physical and mental wellness with a recent partnership connecting our school district with T3 Performance, a private sector premier athletic training facility for all ages. Watch a video summarizing the activities here. Helping students to constructively and actively engage in physical education class is part of the intended outcome through the recently created partnership, along with applying the generated alertness to other academic studies. During a recent professional development day, representatives from T3 Performance helped to create some physical and mental exercises to stimulate heart rate, along with brain activity. Considering that physical education constitutes fitness for life, SEL hopes to revamp a more comprehensive physical education curriculum at Brush High School and Memorial Junior High School and beyond. Stay tuned for more information related to this exciting and stimulating partnership.
