Holiday Story Time with SEL Administrators
Holiday Story Time
As the SEL Schools approach the start of Winter Break, Superintendent Dr. Linda N. Reid and other district administrators recently celebrated the holiday season by visiting several elementary classrooms across the district for a special holiday story time. During the week of December 12th, Superintendent Dr. Reid, Dominick Kaple, Assistant Superintendent Academics, Technology, Security and Innovation, and Tamara Bishko, Deputy Director of Academics K-12, visited classrooms to read the holiday classic, The Polar Express by Chris Van AllsburgThe students had a wonderful time listening to the story and interacting with each special guest reader. There will be no school on Wednesday, December 21st for a Teacher Work Day, and Winter Break will take place from Thursday December 22nd through Tuesday, January 3rd. School will resume on Wednesday, January 4th. The SEL Schools wishes all students, families, and staff an enjoyable and safe Winter Break!
