The Director of Business Affairs is responsible to ensure that all students, staff and patrons of the South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools are provided with clean, safe, healthy and well maintained school facilities. Mr. Murphys' leadership of the Custodial, Food Service, Maintenance, Transportation and Technology Departments, in conjunction with the development of short and long term facility improvements, is in full support of the district's mission, goals and objectives. Mr. Murphy strives to make sure that district operations run smoothly, that decisions regarding operations are made in the best interest of students, staff and the community and that the department is fiscally responsible.
Did you know that there are seven school buildings totaling over 750,000 square feet in our district? The district owns and maintains several fields, including 3 varsity athletic fields, 11 little league baseball fields, 8 tennis courts and 8 youth soccer fields.
Did you know that the transportation department provides service to more than 2,500 students and drives over 2,100 miles daily?
