End of 2022-23 School Year Activities

A series of momentous and exciting activities closed out the 2022-23 school year in the SEL Schools. Across the district, buildings hosted clap-out ceremonies attended by parents and families to celebrate the accomplishments of students and close the chapter of their time at their current school as they transition to a new building for the upcoming school year. On Friday, May 25th, Memorial Junior High hosted a clap-out ceremony for 8th graders as they elevate to Brush High School. The last day of school on Tuesday, May 30th featured clap out ceremonies for 6th grade students at Greenview Middle School, and 3rd grade students at all K-3 buildings. The joyous occasions were filled with cheers and high-fives from families, teachers, staff, and fellow peers and marked the end of another successful year of learning and growth for all students. The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools wish all students and staff a fun, relaxing, and safe summer break, and looks forward to welcoming students back for the first day of school on Friday, August 25, 2023.
