At the annual year-end meeting of the SEL Schools’ strategic partners and community stakeholders, retiring Superintendent Dr. Linda N. Reid was recognized with a special honor, a standing ovation from those in attendance, and an appreciative gathering of those who are resources to the district, and who wish her well in the future. Hosted at Lyndhurst Community of Faith Church on Mayfield Road, various partners attended the luncheon event to greet Dr. Reid one final time and express their gratitude for her care and support of the South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools. Assistant Superintendent Melissa Thompson, presented Dr. Reid with an elegant crystal award which featured an expression of gratitude for her ‘leadership and commitment to make partnerships a priority in the South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools.’ Congratulations Dr. Reid, and thank you for enhancing the role of community resources, and strategic partnerships, among the entire SEL school family.
