The South Euclid Lyndhurst Schools Board of Education voted unanimously to hire Marinise Harris to be the next principal at Charles F. Brush High School effective August 1, 2024. Her hiring comes as the result of an extensive search process.   Ms. Harris comes to the SEL Schools after significant experience as an Assistant Principal at Shaker Heights High School and Principal at Mansfield City Schools, along with time spent in the private school arena. 

 

She is a resident of the City of South Euclid, holds a Master’s in Education with a specialization in Special Education, a Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies, and the holder of numerous certifications, including a School Administrator License, Career Guide Certification, and Diversity and Equity in Education Certificate. Ultimately, Ms. Harris was selected for her strength in curriculum, instructional leadership, academic vision, and innovative educational practices in maintaining the highest standards among our student body.
