Members of the Brush Yearbook Staff traveled to Columbia University for a scholastic journalism convention in March, learning from the nation's top journalism teachers alongside students from around the world. Sessions focused on writing, design, photography and marketing. In addition to the convention, the eighteen student participants from Brush toured NBC's Rockefeller Center studios, visited New York City landmarks and saw a Broadway show.
