Adrian Elementary School continued its celebration of Black History Month with a fun collaborative activity on Friday, February 23rd. As they had done during the previous week’s story time activity, Adrian teachers switched classes for the event, with kindergarten and first grade teachers moving up to second and third grade, while second and third grade teachers went to kindergarten and first grade classrooms. Teachers guided and worked with students to complete a variety of fun, project-based learning activities which centered around a Black History Month theme. Students and teachers enjoyed the opportunity to work together using their creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills!
